Hello! This week I made slow progress. I'm hoping to finish my portrait of Nia Wilson by Sunday of next week, but at my current pace... we'll see where I end up. I've also been spending many of my spare minutes throughout the day looking at interior design (mostly on Architectural Digest and 1stDibs). So, I decided to sketch out some of my favorite mid-century chairs. I also made this purple doodle earlier today. And lastly, more progress. Thank you, goodbye :-) Kay
Hello. This week I have made some drawings, some sculptures, and also...*~*personal progress*~* I deleted instagram and tumblr from my phone, and plan to stay away from social media for at least a few months...I don't have an exact date on which I plan to return, but it will be when I feel I've made a significant body of work and I'd like to share it on these platforms. In an effort to push myself to create more and to document what I'm creating my New Year's Resolution is to make art every single day & post my creations weekly. I thought about doing this many times this past year and even had a few weeks in which I created something everyday. However, I didn't keep this up and I didn't post most of what I made either. Below is a recap of the art that I've made this past year as a sort of...introduction? prelude? to my future documentation.
